"Payment went through, but it felt slow"
I ordered from Order Meal and the payment did go through in the end, so I can’t say it failed or anything. I got the confirmation after a few minutes, but while I was waiting, I wasn’t sure if it was still processing or if the page had frozen.
The payment page could definitely update faster or at least show clearer progress. If it keeps feeling this slow, I might just use another food ordering site next time because it’s a little stressful not knowing if your payment actually worked.

The food was fine, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. I don’t mind spending money on a good meal, so it’s not like I’m just trying to be cheap, but this felt overpriced for what it was

"Pretty easy ordering from my phone"
I used ordermeal.com on my phone last night, and it was smooth. The menu came up without any issues, adding items to my cart was easy, and checkout was quick enough that I was not sitting there getting annoyed.
The only small thing was that the tracking page did not update right away, so I kept refreshing it a few times. The food still showed up on time though, so it was not a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience and would use it again.

I liked that the pricing felt reasonable overall. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, which is a little disappointing if you’re trying to save as much as possible. But for what you get, the prices still seem fair to me

"Refund finally came through"
I did end up getting my refund back, so that’s good. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but apparently patience is part of the process. At least it’s sorted now.

"My gut was right on this one"
I had a good feeling about trying ordermeal.com for dinner, my instinct was right. Everything showed up really fresh, the salad was crisp, the bread was still soft, and nothing tasted like it had been sitting around. I was happy with the whole thing.

I ordered from ordermeal.com last week, the food was just okay. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping.
The burger was a little dry, and the fries showed up soft, which felt like a preventable issue if they’d been packed or timed a bit better. The sauce was actually good though, and the portion size was decent.
I’d probably order again if I was really hungry and didn’t feel like cooking, but I’d definitely like to see the food quality improve a bit

"Checkout was easy"
I ordered dinner on ordermeal.com and my first reaction was, oh nice, this is painless. The payment page loaded without any drama and the confirmation came through fast. I did have a quick “wait, what?” moment because my address didn’t save the first time, so I had to recheck it. Not a huge deal though, it all worked out fine in the end.

"Everything came exactly how I ordered it"
I used ordermeal.com last night and my order showed up exactly the way I picked it, which felt like a win. Nothing was missing, the sauces were right, and they even followed the little notes I added. I know that sounds like a basic thing to be happy about, but isn’t that kind of the whole point? Happy with the experience overall.

I tried to cancel my order, but it really wasn’t obvious where I was supposed to do it. I ended up contacting support, and they got back to me late with something like, “Sorry for the delay, we’ll look into it,” but by then I’d already been charged. To be fair, they did fix it afterward and refunded/handled it, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be...

"Pretty good portions for the price"
I ordered through ordermeal.com the portions were better than I expected. Nothing huge or over the top, but definitely enough to fill me up. For the price, I was happy with it and would probably order again.

"Tracking made it way easier"
I used ordermeal.com last night, and the tracking was the part that stood out. My brain usually goes straight to “is it coming or did they forget me?” but this showed each step clearly, accepted, being cooked, then out for delivery.
The food showed up pretty much when it said it would, which made the whole thing feel less annoying. Simple little shortcut for not having to overthink dinner. I’d use it again...

"Easy site, just a little slow at checkout"
I used the site a while back, maybe last Tuesday or Wednesday, and it was easy to find the food I wanted. Checkout lagged for a second, but nothing too frustrating.
